Yup, you heard that right! And it would take days to fully explain how cool and useful that is. Here’s just a trailer:
We at DubKraft Records use to make a little celebration every cycle of 3 years, which is usually also a moment of reform and upgrading. Every three years DubKraft acts like a caterpillar evolving to a superior stage of its evolution.
This year we close the forth cycle, which was like a winter in which we regrouped, reviewed our performance and prepared the field for a new Spring and a new year of fruitful seeding and harvests.
So now it’s time to plant something bigger, better and more exciting, fully adapted to the new realities we manifest in.
One of the sad realities of the past few years for artists, labels and fans is the fact that social media simply ditched us, focusing only on the biggest corporations, politicians and money-making super-stars.
Basically they diverted all our attention and hi-jacked all the efforts we put in making mainstream social media what it is today.
Many music and art communities that were based around certain forums and web pages fell as collateral damage.
So we decided to address that by recovering and improving everything we’ve lost.
Introducing Synkretic Network!
A new independent social network specalised only in music, arts and crafts.
It combines most of the best features we lost from the golden days of Facebook, Myspace and AIM, with a look that resembles G+ and without any of the negative aspects that ruined social media for many of us.
It allows fans and artists to create their own communities and have a clean, efficient communication.
A post here has 100% reach, the feeds are untampered with, unjammed, uncompeted by food pics, dictators or natural disasters.
And from here you can pilot the rest of the mainstream social media too, no need to ditch it, you can just keep a comfortable position, taking in and putting out just what you need, how you need. The community will be amplifying your voice and the efficiency of your efforts, proportionally to your contribution to it, fair and square.
Do you feel let down and poisoned by the current state of social media? Do you feel they are rather disconnecting you from your peers, friends and fans?
We do.
So we created this social network for anyone that wants to experience a correct alternative.
DubKraft Records, False Flag Operation and House Nouveau joined forces in this ambitious endeavor to create the clean safe space for mutual support and cooperation between aficionados, artists and the companies that are willing to serve them.
We do not trade data, we don’t have political agendas, we don’t have a greedy administration council pressuring us to milk every cent from people.
We’re just like you, but we have this great tool to share. Our goal is offering fans rich and exciting content at minimal to no costs, while ensuring artist lives are also sustainable and stimulating their creativity. It can be done if you get involved and get your friends involved too.
And of course we will have an anniversary release, freebies and some the usual hoola-balloola, but if you pay attention to this, it can be the best thing a label has offered you, besides the actual music, which is priceless when great.
Thank you for 12 years of amazing adventures in sound and beyond!
Join us on Synkretic Network now for the next adventure!
PS: If you want a guaranteed response on your demo submissions or other inquiries, best option is to PM us on the Synkretic messenger. You can even upload files up to 25mb. Of course, you’d have to register as a member first, bit it’s free and quick.
Alien Pimp has promised he will give away the “Life Forms” remix stems once the Soundcloud counter for the track shows 200+ reposts and that moment has finally come!
Together with the whole Synkretic Network, we step in to make this bigger: we’re going to release and promote our favorite remixes! Get aboard!

‘It’s actually surprising it took us 10 years to put out an 100% hard-banging EP. However, rest assured you will still find soul in Modern Pneumatix.’ - Marginal
A decade ago, Marginal was at the forefront of the new deep minimal revolution in Drum&Bass. Today is very hard to tag them anymore. And they’ve just made it almost impossible with this new collection of adventures in sound design.
In their own words:
'We don’t know what music genre is this anymore and, to be honest, we don’t care that much. Our objective is to retain only a certain spirit from Drum'n'Bass, based on which to create surprising and touching sonic architectures. We’ve never wanted to participate in establishing a new genre or fashion, but a new free mentality, as the genre was very standardized back then. When the soil got fertile, some people rooted and stayed there, some kept marching. For us it was just a step in something bigger. Things evolved the way we hoped, innovation started to get way more appreciation, so we too started to diversify our proposals. Ideally, each of our tracks would be in its own new genre. And, of course, some are bound to be on the harder edge of the sound.’
Suffice to add that surprise guest on the EP is Terry Artovsky, another DubKraft core artist that was more quiet lately and his signature sound is badly missed. But there’s hope.

“Sometimes I use music to express myself, but most times I use myself to express music” - Alien Pimp
DubKraft Records is thrilled to herald the return of the veteran with a soul-crushing pack of unique genre-benders, floor-burners, radio-killers!
As he announced earlier, Alien Pimp is more captivated lately by song-writing than by producing loopy tracks, so he found an ideal middle line between the two formats, suitable for both worlds. Hence the simple and eloquent title: “Phat Pop”.
You can drop these on the radio as well as in clubs with maximum impact.
Almost all flavors of electronic dance music are in this pack, sprinkled over layers of phat bass and crunchy beats ranging from 85 to 128bpm.

Transhumanism & bass. May sound too much, but it’s quite an accurate description for VRH’s sound on this EP. Transhumanism blurs the hardware line between humans and technology, VRH achieves the same thing at an emotional level, using sound. His grooves are elaborated but they often appear simple and natural, intuitively efficient on the dancefloor. That’’s the natural intelligence for you. On the other hand, the execution is so clean and precise it would be easier to blame it on robots. Everything is in place and every element has a precise functional purpose in the tracks, as if the assembly line itself was designed by an A.I. The end result is fat, bouncy, dark, rolling, electro-industrial bass music at about 170bpm, with references ranging from jungle to footwork. VRH must be a Croatian acronym for ‘Evolution in Bass Music’, we don’t know exactly. What we know is that he is hailing from Croatia, a land of many hidden treasures, musically and otherwise. While in his home-country his reputation is settled in the d&b / bass music community, his international break-through is in full process and it’s bringing a much needed fresh breeze.
Two generations of Romania-born electronica artists, represented by Alien Pimp & Dyl, joined efforts to attempt creating a timeless re-interpretation of their techno influences. It’s basically a series of occasional possession and exorcism sessions in which the techno spirit is unleashed, harnessed and put in check. A few tracks result every year, even fewer getting released.
This EP, their first 2016 release, focuses on the more atmospheric and dubbier side of the Fictive sound, while maintaining a definite sense of groove and danceability. “If Berlin had an exit to Mediterana, this is something you would play at a beach party there“, in their own words. Each track is little chapter, each chapter is a short, on point emotional trip, that lifts you up from point A and floats you to point B in the span of about 5 minutes that fly like 15 seconds. It’s not an emotional rollercoaster, more like an emotional levitation.
