The story of the video told by Shroombab herself:
“Lust & Pain” originally was released in 2007 on the label DUBKRAFT. We decided to do a video by that time, and my friend BLUEFLOWER decided that it should be done in HD-quality. So she rented a HD-ready-camera, a whole studio room for the set-up, and put together a real film crew. The video was shot in astudio in Vienna, where Blueflower put together the whole setup with the help of her crew. The stuff was filmed within a few days, but the cutting process in HD quality took some time… a little bit longer than we all expected!
My DJing-action did not take place in a club, but in the studio. The visuals in the background were made by Blueflower as well, specially for the video. And just in case if you wonder why I’m having something like a female “body-double”… what is good for Angela Jolie, is just good enough for me! ;) The black oil was really running all down her body!!! Harrrrr :)
